SESSIONS AND FEES

Your session fee/deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your session date, time, and perform services. An additional fee of $50 applies for all sessions on Saturday’s, we are closed on Sunday’s. This amount is non-refundable with cancellations. It is advisable to book as soon as you can, as we are usually booked well in advance, however its never too late to enquire as we do try to keep an available day for those that have just remembered to document their priceless journey.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

There is no extra charge for rescheduling a session if you have given at least 24 hours notice. However, if it is under hours, a $100 reschedule fee will apply to secure the next booking. refunds are determined at the discretion of Kaylah If you need to reschedule for reasons of sickness, the price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured for 3 months only. Session starts at the agreed upon time.
If by any chance you will be late, that time will be taken out of your allocated session time.
If there has been no communication to notify the Photographer, Kaylah Josephine Photography has the right to leave the session location after 15 mins and the session fee/depositor will be forfeited.
If you need to cancel your session and do not book in a future date, you will have a credit for funds paid, however any price changes will apply immediately.
If client fails to notify Kaylah through call, message and or email the session fee/ depositor will be forfeited and not refunded.

Kaylah reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction or other circumstances beyond control. If by any chance you will be late, that time will be taken out of your allocated session time.

No refunds will apply to cancelled sessions, any prepayment of any funds that occur before the booked session itself.

RE-SHOOTS

Re-shoots and refunds are determined at the discretion of Kaylah. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choice of clothing, hair , makeup, weather or by not following the recommendations of Kaylah Josephine Photography.

OFFERS AND INCENTIVES

Offers may not be used in conjunction with other offers and or incentives. If any promotions arise where we are offering a discounted rate, this shall not apply to current booked sessions, or sessions that have been prepaid.
Offers are not redeemable for cash or products.

COMMERCIAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Digital images that have been Paid/ or given to the Client in exchange of portfolio building are to ONLY be shared online or any social media watermarked by Kaylah Josephine Photography.
Images are not to be used for commercial use without written consent by Kaylah.
The client may share web post links and social media albums posted by Kaylah Josephine Photography through the use of the share functions and direct links.

HEALTH AND ALLERGIES

Please advise Kaylah through email immediate or 48 hours prior to scheduled session, if there are any family members that have any special needs/ circumstances or allergies.
We reserve the right to refuse any service at any time. No people with a contagious illness are allowed in the studio of Kaylah Josephine Photography.
Kaylah has the right to cancel if client/’s shows up sick, a $100 reschedule fee will apply to secure the next booking.
Kaylah reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, or other circumstances beyond control.

COMPLIMENTARY SESSIONS FEES

A complimentary session amount of $200 credit is gifted to you for booking a future session at time of your current session experience. Future session must be rebooked at the time of your attended session, and a $50 deposit is due to secure the date and will be credited to your account.
This complimentary session is able to be rescheduled one time only if you have notified Kaylah at least 24 hours prior to scheduled sate, If client fails to notify Kaylah through call, message and or email the $50 session fee/ depositor will be forfeited and not refunded. Complimentary credit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse any service at any time.

BEHAVIOUR AND COMMUNICATION

Photographer(s) at Kaylah Josephine Photography does NOT accept disrespectful conversations over social media or in person.
Clients that attend their photography session in a disorderly state, or show disrespect to Kaylah Drawbridge and her photography equipment will result in cancellation of the session immediately., Forfeiting any fees and culling any images that were taken at the time.
No refund will be issued as per the cancellation terms.
This applies to all persons that have been given the opportunity for an unpaid session (model) or images used for portfolio building as well as persons with a credit or gift voucher with photographer.
*If any equipment is damaged due to behaviour of client or children/ parents, action will be taken and invoice will be given to cover the cost of the damaged pieces. Invoice/ Fee will need to be paid within 2 weeks or further action will be taken.
Package and images will not be shown or delivered in this event until full fee is paid. VIEWING

The online gallery will remain active for 5 business days, Your chosen collections and package will need to be paid in full or have a payment agreement arranged within 24 hours of your selection.
Once the gallery has been closed there will be a $50 fee to upload your gallery for an additional 3 days.
